PLAST-CONTROL GMBH is committed to identifying, assessing and addressing cybersecurity vulnerabilities in a responsible and coordinated manner. We welcome vulnerability reports from customers, partners, researchers and other stakeholders.

Report a Vulnerability

If you believe you have identified a cybersecurity vulnerability affecting a PLAST-CONTROL GMBH product, please contact our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT).

Please include the following information where available:

•  Affected product name
•  Machine number, serial number or order number 
• Description of the vulnerability 
• Potential impact of the vulnerability 
• Steps or information required to reproduce the issue 
• Contact details of the reporter

Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure

PLAST-CONTROL GMBH operates a Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD) process for the responsible handling of reported vulnerabilities. 

We kindly ask reporters to refrain from public disclosure until remediation, mitigation or coordinated publication has been agreed.
