The flow meter integrated into the lance measures the granulate flowing through and switches off as soon as the target value is reached. The hose is then sucked free. The impressive precision in combination with the “low stock” software now enables material minimization (MMC), which ensures that the secondary component hoppers are completely empty at the end of the job and during changeovers, saving you the time-consuming and costly task of emptying them!
The lance is calibrated for each of your granulates. The calibration factors can be stored in the material database. No calibration is necessary if the iLance is used in combination with a PLAST-CONTROL Gravimetric system.
