DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION

§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data

(1) In the following we inform about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are all data that can be referred to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or through a contact form, the information you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be stored to answer your questions. We delete the data that arise in this context after the storage is no longer required, or limit the processing if statutory retention requirements exist.

(4) If we rely on commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. In doing so, we also name the specified criteria for the storage duration.

   

§ 2 Your rights

 (1) You have the following rights regarding your personal data with respect to us:
- Right to information,
- Right to correction or deletion,
- Right to restriction of processing,
- Right to objection against processing,
- Right to data portability.

(2) You also have the right to consult a data protection supervisory authority to complain about the processing of your personal data by us.

   

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

With the merely informational use of the website, thus if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser sends to our server. If you want to look at our website, we collect the following data that are technically necessary for us to show you our website and to ensure its stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. F DS GVO):

- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

- Content of the requirement (concrete page)
- Access status/HTTP status code
- respectively transmitted amount of data
- Website from which the request comes
- Browser
- Operating system and its interface
- Language and version of the browser software.

    

§ 4 Further functions and offers of our website

(1) In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if you are interested. For this, you will generally need to provide other personal information that we use to provide the respective service and for which the aforementioned data processing principles apply.

(2) In part, we use external service providers to process your data. These were carefully chosen and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are controlled regularly.

(3) Furthermore, we may disclose your personal data to third parties, if action participations, competitions, contracts or similar services are offered by us together with partners. You will receive more information regarding this when specifying your personal data or below in the description of the offer.

(4) Insofar as our service providers or partners are based in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we inform you about the consequences of this circumstance in the description of the offer.  

 

§ 5 Objection or revocation against the processing of your data

(1) If you have given consent for the processing of your data, you can revoke this at any time. Such revocation will affect the admissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have given them to us.

(2) As far as we support the processing of your personal data on the balance of interest, you can object to the processing. This is the case if, in particular, the processing is not required to fulfill a contract with you, which we describe in each case in the following description of the functions. In the event of such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the case of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and will either discontinue or adapt the data processing or give you our mandatory reasons worthy of protection, on the basis of which we continue to the processing.

§ 6  Google services

Incorporation of YouTube videos

(1) We have incorporated YouTube videos in our online offer, which are stored on www.YouTube.com and which can be played directly from our website.[These are all incorporated in the "extended data protection mode", meaning that no information about you as a user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos, the data mentioned in paragraph 2 will be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transfer.]

(2)  By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under § 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. This is done regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account that you are logged into, or if a user account does not exist. When you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to associate with your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research and/or custom design of its website. Such an evaluation takes place in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide appropriate advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right to object against the formation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise these rights.

§ 7 External links

Our website contains links to external websites, as e.g. websites from manufacturers. When you access the external websites, your personal data will not be disclosed. Once you are on these websites, the data protection regulations of the respective operator apply.
  

§ 8 Application procedure

The person responsible for processing collects and processes personal data of applicants for the purpose of the application process. The processing can also take place electronically via the career portal. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits corresponding application documents by electronic means (e.g. by e-mail) to the person responsible for processing. If the person responsible for processing concludes a contract of employment with an applicant, the transferred data will be stored in order to be transferred to the employment relationship in compliance with the law. If no employment contract is concluded with the applicant by the person responsible for processing, the application documents will be deleted automatically two months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that a deletion does not conflict with any other legitimate interests of the person responsible for processing. A legitimate interest may arise, for example, through a burden of proof in a procedure under the General Equal Treatment Act.
